GE Power & Water / APTTUS CPQ
Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Dilip was instrumental in a multi-phase digital transformation of quote-to-cash processes for GE P&W's direct sales channel.

The core of the solution architecture consisted of APTTUS CPQ and Salesforce Sales Cloud. The end users were GE's global distributed Application Engineering team.

Over the course of three years, Dilip contributed to program success through effective ownership of the technical design, CPQ model configuration and development of advanced technical components.

Dilip modeled and configured complex, multi-layer configuration models for fixed bundles, dynamic bundles, embedded bundles, option groups and attributes. He designed and configured complex multi-currency pricing matrices integrated with quote documentation and quote management features.

The final solution accommodated new business models and transaction types such as freemium and volume-purchase agreements. Business outcomes included streamlined pricing, reduced rogue discounting and more effective partner incentives.

Impact Financial / Customer Support Portal
Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Dilip served as the technical lead of a large-scale Community-led customer support portal for a prominent financial services firm.

Dilip helped lead the overall technical design and was hands-on with developing many of the solution's technical components including integrations with PayPal, Qualtrics and Verizon Wireless Unified Contact Center.

Dilip responsibilities included creating Apex classes, custom controllers, controller extensions and  building components with Salesforce Lightning. 

Using the Salesforce REST API, Dilip built an integration infrastructure that fetched data, processed business logic and brought customer-facing information into a VisualForce-based user interface.

Disney ABC Television Group / APTTUS CLM
Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Dilip was the lead developer for a complex APTTUS Contract Lifecycle Management implementation with the Business and Legal Affairs divisions of Disney Group.

Dilip led the technical design of a solution redefined the client's contract processes and helped accelerate deal velocity and reduce processing costs.

As a development team lead, Dilip owned many of the APTTUS CLM customizations that involved writing custom Apex classes, scheduled batch Apex jobs and Apex controllers and extensions.
